7/26 Hong Kong Disneyland

Our final day in Hong Kong is spent in Disneyland. Our driver is Rocky, and he drives a Mercedes. (This is a welcome change to some of the other transportation we've used in China. We have seen quite a change in cars from other Chinese cities. We see Audi, Mercedes, Porsche, Jaguar, everywhere.)

Disneyland is great. It is hot, but there are very few people at the park opening, so we take advantage of the short lines.

We catch the Lion King show and the 3D Mickey Philhar-magic.

We ride almost every ride in the park.

And we take a picture with Pluto.
As we head back to Main Street, Ella asks to go to the Animation Studio. We get seats and the teacher begins speaking in a language that I do not understand. Then in English, she says, I just told the class that I will be teaching in Cantonese, so if you don't understand it, just follow what I do on the screen. I find that funny, but no one else is laughing.

The kids have no problem following the teacher's drawing and proudly display their pieces of art.
